Kyoko, who comes for class on most Friday mornings, loves to make Japanese sweets and cookies. She often brings her home made gifts to class for me and her classmate.
This week it is a traditional kanten jelly, fruit and sweet bean paste dessert cup. Delicious. But I am not sure it is good for my diet.....
Never mind. It is a gift and I should eat it....:-)
