While outside the window is still snowy (can't use the parking space yet, sorry), inside one student has recently brought me two forms of spring.
Above are cherry blossom shape marshmallows - made by Meidi-ya. They are very pretty, and taste...well...like marshmallows really!
And then, a week later the same student told me she MADE cherry blossom tea from blossoms she had picked in Tenjiyama Park last year.
Dried and salted blossoms....in hot water they open up and smell wonderful!
Thankyou! Now I am waiting for the "other" spring to arrive.
