This week a friend gave me permission to go and pick fruit in her garden while she is away on holiday. So I picked some raspberries and a lot of red currants. But the recent rain had made the raspberries a little soft and moldy. It was hard to find good raspberries.
Then lined a bowl with bread slices and added layers of fruit and bread. Poured juice little by little on top. Put it in the fridge with a plate and two cans on top for weight.
Waited 24 hours and then turned the pudding out onto a plate and cut. Served with ice cream.
