＊レッスン料はすべて、前月までにお支払いください。
＊グループまたはペアレッスンは、払い戻しできません。
＊プライベートレッスンは、３カ月分前納ができます。
キャンセル
＊グループまたはペアレッスンは、払い戻しや時間変更はできません。
＊プライベートレッスンの時間を変更する場合は、少なくとも２４時間前にお知らせください。
＊１週間前にお知らせ頂ければ、プライベートレッスンすべてをキャンセルすることができます。その場合、残金の５０％を返金します。
＊やむを得ない理由でプライベートレッスンをお休みする場合、レッスン料は最大３カ月間有とし、最終レッスンから数えた残金の７５％を返金します。尚、復帰後は、以前と同じレッスン時間／曜日の保証はできません。
紹介
在籍の生徒さんがお友達を紹介された場合、お友達が４回レッスンを受けた時点で、１回無料のプライベートレッスンを申請することができます。
その他
今人English Schoolは禁煙です。本校は住宅街にあるので、近隣のプライバシーを尊重し、迷惑にならないようにご協力ください。 近くに公共の駐車場があります。午前中は１００円／６０分、１２時以降は１００円／２０分です。

Payment System
All lessons 1 month in advance. No refunds for group or pair classes. Three-month payment plan available for private lessons.
Cancellation Policy
No refund/make-up system for group or pair lesson. At least 24 hours notice must be given for private lesson cancellation to claim a make-up class. Private lessons can be cancelled in total at 1 week's notice, with a 50% refund of the outstanding monies. In the event of a private student's enforced lesson break, the lesson monies can be held for a maximum of 3 months and then refunded 75% of the outstanding monies from the date of the last lesson taken. The previous lesson time cannot be guaranteed upon the students' return.
Referral Policy
Existing students who introduce a new student to the school may claim 1 free private lesson, once the introduced student has taken at least 4 lessons.
Miscellaneous
Imagine is a non-smoking learning environment. The school is located in a mainly residential building, so we ask that you respect the privacy and peace of our neighbors. Public parking is available nearby - ¥100 for 60 minutes (a.m.), and ¥100 for 20 minutes after 12 p.m.
